NUS Totum Card

As a SEM student we recommend:

1. Asking Lawrence Allen for a student status letter which is a PDF you can show to prove your student status (email info@semmanchester.com or ring the SEM office on 0161 833 4722). 

2. Buying a TOTUM NUS student card which will unlock lots of discounts for you. You can order this card to arrive at SEM and collect it from the office.

As a full-time student you will be entitled to:

• Council tax reduction or potentially exemption whilst studying (this could save £1000’s annually)
• 1/3 off rail travel for 16-25 or mature students 
• 20% off National Express Coaches or 1/3 off coach travel for 16-26
• Up to 15% off Apple and discounts on Microsoft
• 10% off at the Co Op (using your NUS Totum card)
• Lots of discounts such as the cinema, restaurants, etc
