Pricing

After payment has been received

Once we have received payment for training, the tutor will give you a call and get your lesson booked in.

Once the lesson has been agreed, you will receive an email confirming the agreed lesson date and time. Please note that lessons must be completed within 3 months of receiving the payment, unless pre-agreed by the tutor. Please note that for 2-hr lessons these typically will only be available on Sundays from 4.30pm. 3 or 4-hour lessons have more flexibility to be booked to suit your schedule. 

Re-arranging Training

If you need to change your lesson dates or times, SEM will only accept notification of this via email.

Please email the office and CC in your tutor to re-arrange dates.

Tutors organise 1-2-1 training around other teaching commitments. Cancellation of lessons at short notice impacts a tutor’s ability to book in other training. For this reason, lessons that are re-arranged or cancelled for whatever reason that are due within 72hrs will still be charged and cannot be refunded.

Should you amend your lesson dates/times outside of the 72hr window, your tutor will call you again to discuss new dates, which be then be emailed to you in the same process as above.
